If you are getting colleges under general category them you might have not applied with SC since my friend with sikh quota has applied with open category and was getting open category colleges or you have not done the caste verification which is done was done in various colleges

You should write a mail to them,call them at the number given at this website:https://ipuadmissions.nic.in/publicinfo/Public/View.aspx?page=72 or visit the main campus explaining your situation. A lot of students have faced this problem, you need this recipt for admission in the college.

Both GTBIT and BPIT are almost same in most aspects.

Both colleges have good lab, infrastructure, classrooms etc. Although campus of BPIT is larger than GTBIT.

Placements are more or less the same. You would get placed in any of the two if you are a good

see you have moderate chances. your scores are not bad but not in excellent category. 

as the colleges under ipu has high demands of marks. i would suggest you to participate in the counselling process and lets see what happen.
