No one cant get scholarship on the basis of ration card and all you need is income certificate and that too should be not more than 3 years old as after 3 years it needs a renewal and thus make sure that you have one while applying for it. RAtion

Congratulations on the rank! You should try for USAP, which is in the University campus itself. It is the best college in IPU for architecture. Other good options you can go for are Vastukala, Delhi Technical Campus, MBS School of Planning and Architecture. You would surely get through one

Since this year cutoffs have gone high, the chances of getting admission in government medical college is very low. In first round of counseling itself , the cutoff was 599 for general category, so you can analyse the situation.

The cut off for NATA 2019 is 108  and 50 percentage in your 10+2 is manadatory. Considering your 12th percentage and NATA Score, you have better chances to secure seat for B.Arch at Vastu Kala Academy or even Delhi Technical Campus.
