As of my knowledge there are 4 colleges under IPU that offer the course B.Arch namely :

University School of Architecture and Planning USAP.

MBS School of Planning and Architecture.

Delhi Technical Campus.

Vastu Kala Academy.

And USAP being in the main campus is obviously filled first from

Of course you can. Go to the officials stating the cancellation of the admission procedure and refund of the money will be done in 4-5 working days. Also carry the payment receipts with you.
