If you are getting colleges under general category them you might have not applied with SC since my friend with sikh quota has applied with open category and was getting open category colleges or you have not done the caste verification which is done was done in various colleges

Can i get in any affilated college of IPU with 120 in nata,71.2 in cbse,general,outside delhi ?

see you have moderate chances. your scores are not bad but not in excellent category.

as the colleges under ipu has high demands of marks. i would suggest you to participate in the counselling process and lets see what happen.

The GGSIPU college the infrastructure supports students' educational and personal development effectively.the well maintained. and modern campus with classrooms, advanced laboratories, a central library, Wi-Fi connectivity, seminar halls, sports facilities, and clean surroundings. The infrastructure is upto mark. The college have lifts and air conditioners. Proper well maintained and hygeinic toilets. Classrooms are clean and well maintained with proper ventilation system.
