Considering your score, category status and domicile status it seems difficult for you to get admission in IPU. At such low score even category and domicile certificate won't help much. But you can definitely look forward to the cutoffs of following colleges of IP University:

As IPU has not declared its law cut off for year 2019 but as per the latest guidelines provided by IPU the cutoff will be released in the last week of June or maybe in the first week of July

Congratulations for getting a good score.You needn't worry about not getting a seat in acms , ipu . As the merit each year in acms is lower than other college due to less competition.  I believe your score is good enough to give you a seat there easily.
