Hope you are doing great. Rankings up to 3000 work best because you can get into almost all of the top-tier colleges at IPU for B.Ed. Additionally, Ranks between 500 and 1000 can help you get into reputable colleges. You will be admitted with a rank over 1000, but the colleges will be fairly average. However, there is a way for admission to IPU and even much better colleges, so you will have a chance to attend a better college even with a higher rank, such as above 3000.

Hi, so in simple terms i would say Chandigarh University is better in terms of placements, infrastructure etc.

It is also graded A+ by NAAC, only a few prestigious universities have this grade by NAAC.

The course is very industry oriented and have a good placement record.

You will get alot of exposure there.

Infact CU, holds the National Award for the highest Number of Companies: Limca Book of Records.

Chandigarh is a very good place too in terms of living and life style.

To sum up you can blindly apply for CU, you are not going to regret it.

All completely different quotes but not to colleges are very good in terms of education quality faculties in structure and all. Govind Singh Indraprastha University situated at Dwarka is a good government institute with NAAC a grade. Bachelor of Business administration course costs 3.3 lakhs and there are total 300+ seats. On the other hand Delhi University is one of the top premium institutes in overall India with NAAC A+ great and it is a government central University itself. The course costs approx 90000 in total. Being a Central University obviously I told you to prefer this college over other colleges. But obviously the subject matter because if you don't like the subject you can't achieve it or can't complete it. So in the end it depends upon you.

If we take the worst case and consider your rank to be 445280 then you can easily get an admission IPU colleges. But it is impossible to get top branches in top colleges but yes you can get descent branches like IT, ECE in ADGITM, BPIT, HMR, and many more...
