You can get admission in IP University colleges for B.Sc nursing but you won't be able to make it to good colleges even if you belong to Delhi general category.
However, if you belong to any of the reserved categories, depending upon the reservation you ca get admission

If you are a Delhi General candidate, then you have chances of getting a government college but may be you need to wait for the 3rd cut off for that.
For reserved category, it could be possible in the 1st or 2nd round depending upon the reservation.

Is any college better than msit of IPU for BCA ?

maharaja agrasen is the best for bca amongst the IPU colleges.

however if you are looking for a better option, then go for bsc hons computer science at delhi university.

For a safer side and in order to avoid admission in not so good colleges, a rank near 5-6k would be considered okayish for Delhi General candidates.
However, for outside Delhi candidates, this graph can go much higher and they need a rank below 2k to get admission

Yes, you can get admission in IP University with 17k rank in IPU CET for BBA if you are a Delhi General candidate but the colleges that you would get won't be really good ones.
There is almost no hope of getting the premier ones like VIPS, MAIT

You haven't mentioned the name or code of the course in which you are seeking admission.
20k might be an okayish one for some courses while a poor one for some other course.
So it varies from course to course.
