Your Rank in BBA IPU CET which is 22469 is quite bad. You cannot get seat in any of the college easily. But there is still a little chance of getting seats in college listed below

• Delhi Institute of Rural Development, Nangli Puna
• Kasturi Ram College of Higher

Since your overall percentage (which must include Physics, Chemistry, Maths and one more subject) is more than 55%, you are eligible for admissions through IPU CET. 

As for your rank, it is good and you should be able to get admission through this rank.

Some additional information about

There are few seats for BA English (H) and only two colleges are affiliated to IPU.

Vivekananda Institute of professional studies (VIPS) and Fairfield institute. 

Out of which VIPS is better.

Indraprastha university registration  which was open from march 22, has kept open the admisiions till now for LLB and LLM courses and the closure date for application is not announced still so there is a possibility for you to apply.
