Hope you are doing well. The total cost of BBA at Chandigarh University is around Rs.3.5 lakhs and at IPU ranges between Rs. 1.5 - 3 lakhs. The infrastructure available at Chandigarh University is Dance Room , Library, Gym, Hospital / Medical Facilities, Music Room, Wi-Fi Campus, Auditorium, etc. The infrastructure availabel to students at IPU include, A/C Classrooms, Library, Wi-Fi Campus, Hostel, Sports Complex, Shuttle Service, Auditorium,etc,.

Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University as already started their round 2 choice filling process. But the registration is already closed. All of the students who are appeared in IPU CET 2022 with valid score all are eligible to participate in counselling process. Obviously counselling process have some steps which one have to follow. The first procedure is registration each and everyone who want participate in counselling process have to registered themselves. Who are fail to register themselves and not eligible for the further processes of the counselling. Sorry to say you as per you haven't fill the registration form you were not eligible for round 2 as well. Click on the link below to know more

Getting straight to your query, about  85 percentile in the JEE Main is necessary to get a place in the IPU.

For the University School of Chemical Technology, Dwarka, New Delhi, the minimum rank required is 156452 (Delhi, OBC).

Because you have not mentioned your category I will explain it considering you General, from past year cut-offs, if you are having domicile in Delhi you must need a percentile score of more than 90 in JEE mains and a score of more than 120 to get in IPU, Delhi.

According to me, the expected cut-off of USIT would be around 20K rank for CSE MAIT-30-35k CSE ( May go up to 40k in spot rounds ).

This is a huge rank so keep the expectations low but you can apply to JIMS Engineering Management Technical Campus, Noida. As per the previous year's cut off minimum rank for the computer engineering branch in JIMS was 580606 if you have Delhi Defense and if you are General category from Delhi then it was 117608 ( minimum ).

And you can apply to some reputed private universities like VIT Bhopal too. Here also you will get a CSE branch in VIT UNIVERSITY'S Bhopal campus but most probably under the 2nd Category as the cutoff of 1st Category, last year was around 50k to 60k rank in VITEEE. You have to attend the counseling of VITEEE in order to get admission to the CSE branch in VIT Bhopal.

IPU counselling procedure:

To take part in counselling, you must first pay 1k rupees.

Fill out all of your college options, even if you think you'll receive a better school based on previous year's cutoffs. Just keep in mind to keep reputable colleges—or the college you want—at the top of the list.

If a college is assigned to you in the first round, you must pay IPU 40k rupees. If you don't, your seat won't be reserved. You won't find a seat at IPU if you believe you'll be accepted to a good college in later rounds but unknowingly aren't eligible for an upgrade. As a result, if you require a seat in IPU, don't take a chance and register yourself there by paying 40k.

So you won't have to worry about giving up your old place if you need to move to the spot round.

And in response to your query, you can definitely go for the spot round if you weren't given a seat in the first three rounds.

Additionally, there is a subsequent round that solely awards seats to students who were unsuccessful in obtaining an IPU seat.
