• 10th and 12th mark sheets
• 10th and 12th passing certificate
• Rank card and score card of NEET 
• Neet counselling Letter

For MBBS/BDS, you will have to crack NEET entrance as the admission in IP university is based on that only but you will have to apply for 85% and 15% seats separately.

The admissions are done on the basis NEET score as the counseling (85% quota) will be through the state Govt authority and for that you will have to apply separately. 

Also, AIQ for 15% quota seats will be started in the month of June.
