I WANT TO DO MBBS FROM IP UNIVERSITY, CAN I GO FOR IT ?

Yes.

The admissions are done on the basis NEET score as the counseling (85% quota) will be through the state Govt authority and for that you will have to apply separately.

Also, AIQ for 15% quota seats will be started in the month of June.
