Hi, so basically if you are facing such problems regarding credentials then you can do alot of things.

First check if you have a registration id mentioned in your sms when registering for application in website.

If this doesn't work then try contacting the authorities. The details might be provided in the website itself.

Contact them and talk about your concern, they would definitely help you out.

To fill the choices candidate will have to login to the portal using their credentials. Candidates are advised to select the maximum number of choices. This will enable candidates to get a seat in a desired course. Once the choices have been entered, candidates must take a printout.

Based on merit and choices entered by candidate seats will be allotted to the candidates subject to matter of availability. Candidates can access the seat allotment by login into individual accounts. Who will be allotted seats will have to download their provisional seat allotment letter and get a printout of the same. If candidates are satisfied with the allotted seat, to confirm it a partial academic fee or Rs. 40,000 will have to be paid and a receipt must be printed out.
