so basically if I am not willing to take the college alloted to me in round 1, I will automatically be eligible for round 2? and will I get a different college in round 2 also to proceed to round 2 do i have to make the payment of 40000? (IPU)

Yes, if you don't freeze your seat in round 1 you will be eligible for next round and their is no need of 40,000 fees at that time. You must have to pay councelling fees for second round, if you want more prior college but don't freeze the

The GGSIPU college the infrastructure supports students' educational and personal development effectively.the well maintained. and modern campus with classrooms, advanced laboratories, a central library, Wi-Fi connectivity, seminar halls, sports facilities, and clean surroundings. The infrastructure is upto mark. The college have lifts and air conditioners. Proper well maintained and hygeinic toilets. Classrooms are clean and well maintained with proper ventilation system. Each classroom is provided with projectors. Canteen serves well prepared fresh food. Smart boards and wifi is accessible to students .
