guru govind singh indraprastha university conducts entrance test for bca course admission which is names as IPUCET BCA.  admission is done based on score in ipucet bca exam. questions level is moderate based on previous yeas analysis of papers. you need to have a good strategy and problem solving

Yes you can apply for IP university at 88 percentile but it is almost impossible for you to get a seat at this score. 

You may get it in rarest of case..... If no one opt for that seat. But it is almost impossible.
