If you forgot to lock your choices and you have the ones you have saved will be automatically locked.

In this case you cannot change the locked preference

But you neither have saved choices nor you have locked the preference then the counselling becomes void or you will allotted after seats that are left.

Guru Govind Singh Indraprastha University was expected to start the Neet UG 2020 round 2 of counselling after the completion of admission process of round 1. But reporting to allotted Institutes for round 1 of counselling was completed on November 19th. But till now the authority has not announced any dates for furthur processes. So there might be a delay and the candidates might have to wait for few more days. Keep checking the official website frequently.
