sorry to say but if you have not cleared your mathematics subject in boards examination then you are not eligible for the same as the basic eligibility criteria for the admission in B.tech course is candidate must have passed their 10+2 this year from any recognized board with atleast

I don't personally know about these colleges but based on NIRF ranking and student reviews you can find that Jadavpur University is better than IIEST Shibpur . It doesn't mean IIEST Shibpur is not good , IIEST Shibpur is also an excellent college .
