I don't personally know about these colleges but based on NIRF ranking and student reviews you can find that Jadavpur University is better than IIEST Shibpur . It doesn't mean IIEST Shibpur is not good , IIEST Shibpur is also an excellent college .

As per your percentile you rank would be approx in between 47k - 53k. and as previous year cutoff, the colleges you get are:-

Pune institute of computer technology

Mizoram university

GGU Bilaspur

Walchand institute of technology,Solapur

You wouldn't get IIEST as per your rank. For mechanical engg. in IIEST

Based on your percentile, your expected rank would be in the range of 60,000 to 70,000. It is really difficult to predict the cutoff as it depends on various factors. But going by previous years' cutoff, you have very less chances to get top branches like CSE, IT, Electronics etc
