However you might have a chance in new IITs. Also admission highly depends on the stream you want to choose. For some particular streams the cut off is low.

Computer Science and Information Technology are branches which are highly in demand in the coming future. They've got great placements.

CS has a little just a little edge over IT when companies approach for campus placements, they prefer CS Engineers a bit over IT ones. Still both of these almost go hand by hand.

see as per your score you are eligible to apply in all institute, you have the qualifying marks criteria, however bits admission process is basis on score in bitsat exam, however you are not eligible to give bit sat, since you have passed 12th in 2018. now coming to iiits iiest shivpur, admission is basis on jee main score, which you are eligible to apply, since jee main exam can be attempted 3 times starting from the year of passing of 12th course . iisc does not offer engineering courses it has bs-ms dual degree course which is done on the basis of jee advance exam or jee main score , same goes for iist, since admission is done on basis of jee advance score,  you are not also eligible to apply for jee advance exam this year.

since it is very difficult to predict the exact rank but we do have a backup we have a formula to calculate the expected rank that is (100 – Total percentile) x 869010/100.So according to formula your expected rank for present percentile for January session comes out to be 86031. Now the expected rank might change depending on the no of candidates appearing the april session. For ex if 12 lakh candidate appear the april session then just replace 869010 by 12 lakhs. But if you score above 85 percentile then you have a very decent chance of qualifying jee mains.
Now since the official cutoffs fro college are yet to be decided but let us analyse your chances by looking into the previous year cutoffs data

Hello student student reservation for sc girls or any other category depend on college authorities and affiliated body under which college is affiliated.

In your case you can appear as a SC category they'll automatically consider you as girl student you're a female.

Eligibility - student must passed class 12 with physics chemistry and mathematics with minimum 75 percent marks from a recognized board.

you can easily get admission in nit durgapur for the mechanical engineering course with your percentile obtained in jee mains examination easily. According to the expected cutoff for this year for sc category it was about 54.01 . so you can also try for the advanced examination too.
