If you belong to West Bengal then you can get IT branch in IIEST shibpur. But of you belong to  some other state then you can't get IT in IIEST. As last year closing rank for Obc other state for IT was 6K.

If you belong to other state at this rank you can get any branch in IIEST.

Congratulations for your result. But unfortunately your 12th Board percentage is low. You have to secure a minimum of 75% aggregate marks (for General category) and 65% marks (for OBC/SC/ST/PwD category) in the Higher Secondary Examination of their respective Boards to be eligible to take admission in IIEST Shibpur or any NITs.

Hi there with this percentile your probability to get nit durgapur is less. As per previous year cutoff for cs for sc Category it was (open ranking-954 and closing ranking-1367) . And for iiest shibpur for home state cutoff for cs branch  was 903 as closing ranking.

You should definitely go for IIT Dhanbad if you want to pursue MTech rather than IIEST Shibpur. Though Shibpur's is good but you'll have more opportunities in IIT Dhanbad as more companies visit the campus as comp to Shibpur. And it's for all the branches.
