All three are good Institutes and two of them are Institute of National Importance. ECE is the most popular branch after CSE and IT. Among these three, MY first choice would be IIIT Trichy. IIIT Trichy has NIT Trichy as it's Mentor Institute. This will give more career opportunities

First of all, you have to decide that you want to go for the institute or you want to go for the stream. If you want to study in IIT then you should go for CSE in that case your preference should be Bhubaneswar>Kottawayam>Sri city

If you want to

IIIT Kottayam cse and IIITDM Jabalpur ece are both good colleges in terms of placement, infrastructure and academics. But IIITDM Jabalpur ECE has better placements compared to other.  But both are different branches. if you want to study cse, choose IIIT Kottayam. As its the best IIIT college in Kerala.

Unfortunately on such OBC rank you cannot get any of the IIITs/GFTIs with any of the branches because closing OBC ranks of last year were like :-

The overall rank is expected to be in between 235290 - 264500. The category rank will be around 20000. Considering the previous year cut off you do not have chances of getting seat in the preferred IIITs. You need to score minimum 92-94 percentile or above in JEE Main
