Both the colleges are good, IIIT is new while COEP is one of the oldest engineering colleges, and has many other facilities which has evolved throughout the years like various clubs, etc. So according to me I would choose COEP.

Both the colleges are good. IIIT Sonipat was established in the year 2013 it has good infrastructure and placements too. Even though it is a new college it is developing a lot even the placements are very good and increasing year by year. Where as SPIT college was established in the year 1962. Comparitively as per placements and package IIIT Sonipat is better than SPIT college.

IIIT Sonipat ,

Placement: Around 80-90% of the student get placed every year. The highest salary package offered is 46 LPA, and the average salary package offered around 10 LPA. TCS, flipkart, paytm, Amazon, and various other big scale companies in India visit campus for placements. Placements are held with NIT Kurukshetra, and students are leading society.

Infrastructure: This college has good infrastructure as it has importance at the national level. In the mess, the food served is average, and the mess has an automatic vending machine where you can find anything even in odd hours. There are 3 grounds where you can play basketball, football and cricket. Our college provides high-speed Wi-Fi facilities through Jio Fibernet network.

Faculty: Professors here are highly qualified professionals, and they would not only teach but also provide you with a path for your future. The faculty members are from IITs, NITs, and some are even from foreign universities. In the first year, you will be taught only coding, while from 2nd year, you will get to implement coding skills and get a project to do.

SPIT college,

Placements: Almost all the students who applied for the placement were placed in the top companies, the highest package was bagged by 2 girls at Microsoft of 40 LPA, the average package was of 8 LPA. The top recruiting companies were Microsoft, Amazon, JPMC, TATA, Oracle, Infosys.

Infrastructure: The classroom, labs and library are very beautiful. The Wi-Fi is available on all 8 floors. We have sport grounds and volleyball court for sports activities, we also have gymkhana where indoor games can be played, medical first aid kit are available on all floors.

Faculty: The teachers are well qualified and holds good knowledge in their respective fields, they are very much helpful as they are ready to solve doubts at any time even after the lecture hours, but their might be some teachers who will not be that qualified in terms of expressing but overall the teaching staff and our curriculum is best as our college is autonomous we hold the best of the curriculum.

VJTI mumbai.It was established in 1887.infrastructure and academics of this college is good.coming to placement structure, placements in this college is good.Nearly 90% of the students got placed in different companies. Both are good colleges in terms of faculty and infrastructure and in terms of placements .
In iiit sonepat the highest package offered in cse was 41 lakh  and the average package was 8-9 lakhs whereas in hbtu kanpur the highest package offered was 37 lakh and the average package was 6 lakhs . So iiit sonepat is better in terms of placements.

Both the colleges are good and have an active Placement and Training cell and a good placement record. But my opinion is that IIT Jabalpur has more offers and opportunities. You may also take other factors into consideration like the state of preference, etc.

I recommend you to join in IIT Sonepat.

Only one thing that would come to your mind is that our college is new but trust me it is doing its best which you will be seeing in our placement stats of 2020 whenever it would be released officially

Average package of 8.19 lakh per annum is pretty good. As the college is new so this much package is good. And companies like Adobe System ,IBM, OYO rooms visiting shows that the college is in right direction of success.

So i think it is good college and location wise also it is good (near by Delhi).

Hi aspirant, according to your question you should choose the branch first in the branch you want to be or take and it should be your choice that in which branch you have interest. If you have interest in CSE than you should definitely go with IIIT, Sonepat as it have the better placements and academics in comparision to other colleges you have mentioned in the question but if you have interest in core subjects and branches than you shoud opt NIT Kurushetra, DTU or NSUT. But overall IIIT sonepat have an edge over other colleges you have mentioned in the question. So you shold choose  wisely and carefully.

Hi, since you want to compare both the renowned institution. Since there is very less differences between the same kind of institutions. Since both the institutions are IIIT so there is no so much difference but one place where IIIT, Sonepat have an edge over IIIT, Guwahati that is Placement ans well as total fees of 4 years in both these there is a huge gap which prove IIIT, Sonepat best of IIIT, Guwahati.
