First of all I want to correct you that,

I ISc Bangalore does not offer any degree in Engineering for UG students whereas IIT does. U can get admission in IISc after completing your engineering as a post-graduate student. Computer Science M.tech in better in IISc than IIT.

All The Best.

Dear student,
If you don't have an obc certificate, then you would fall in general category. If you wish to take admission in iisc Bangalore then you would need a rank under 250 in jee mains or a similar rank in jee advanced. If you score well in jee mains then you can get admission through jee mains also otherwise you have to do good in jee advanced.

Yes at IISc Bangalore, first you need to pursue a B.S. ( Bachelor of Science) in Biology, followed by higher studies be it Masters or a Doctoral Degree, in Bioscience, Biotechnology or in your respective field of Interest. However many students continue with Masters Program at IISc itself, while many pursue a M.Tech from IITs. Many students at IISc Bangalore even move to Higher Technical Universities abroad for their masters or doctoral degree.

Hello,

By applying for the application through your NEET ranking, you can get into IISc Bangalore via NEET too. They are asking you to get 60 percent marks to qualify for the interview. But I recommend aiming to score 70-80% as they combine the NEET score with the other interview score to be on the side of the wall. A score higher than 600 is good enough if you belong to the general group.

College Infrastructure

Our college provides excellent Wi-Fi. The labs have good computers. Classrooms are clean and have good lighting effects. The library has many books. The good part is that they allow us to borrow for many days, and the penalty is less for late submissions. Every odd semester, we have a fest. The hostel is not very good, and the food is not good.
