For doing bsc from Indian institute of Science formerly IISC a candidate must follow the eligibility criteria which says a candidate must have passed his intermediate with at least 50% aggregate from any recognised board with physics ,chemistry mathematics as a main subjects  so you are not eligible to

MATHS is not at all compulsory for admission to IISc. There ars separate departments in Chemistry , Physics , Biology , Maths etc,. - who offer inter departmental programs as well as individual courses by parent departments.

And Math will come in your syllabus or not totally depends
