Hi Naveen,
In IISC, this year cut off for OBC is 5000, I don't think you will get seat in this Institute. As every year they only take few students and their cut off is less. Here is the link where you can find about cut off :

Candidates must have passed Biology at the (10+2) Higher Secondary level. Bachelor of Science or equivalent with Chemistry as a subject. Candidates should have passed Mathematics at the +2 or PUC level. Bachelor's degree in engineering or science with mathematics for three years or six semesters.
At these percentile there is no chance to get admission in any govt college like IISC bangalore NIT or Gfit At these marks your general rank will be upto near 3lakh and at this rank you will not be able to get admission in govt college but i will give
If you are going through any other stream for taking admission like through KVPY or something like that, I suggest you leave it blank because your rank might create a bad impression during admission process when compared to other candidates. If it's not compulsory then you should leave it.

The century-old IISc Bangalore campus balances vintage stone architecture with highly advanced, hyper-modern research laboratories. Canopy-covered roads like Gulmohar Marg are lined entirely with bicycles. The massive J.R.D. Tata Memorial Library houses an invaluable collection of scientific resources.
world class research, small campus, massive global impact
