Sry to say but there are limited seats in iisc which are occupied by top ranking students qualified in neet and jee advanced. Admission also occurs by selection in kvpy. After qualifying all these exams, students getting selected in interviews will get admission.

I Apply IISc (UG) 2018 science- maths stream, I don't update JEE main score

I am unable to get what you are asking for. For getting into IISc you need to clear JEE advanced that to with below 300 rank. There is also one more exam conducted by IISc to get into UG. So no need of mains score in this process of
