IISc is india's top institute in the field of research.For 12 pass there is ug courses like BS(bachelor of science).You can do it.It is in this context that the Indian Institute of Science offers a unique 4-year Bachelor of Science (Research) programme. The graduates of this programme will obtain a Bachelor of Science (Research) degree in a specialization. This programme is carefully designed to offer specialization in a science subject, but the knowledge imparted carries a strong flavour of engineering and an exposure to social science disciplines. Students specializing in a Major subject are encouraged to take courses on other subjects, thus maintaining the strong interdisciplinary flavour of this Bachelor of Science (Research) programme. All students take core courses in Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering and Humanities in the first one and half years (I, II and III semesters). While specialization is introduced rigorously in the following year and a half (IV, V and VI semesters).

Yes you can appear JAM for biological sciences or biotechnology. There is no such criteria that of you should have chemistry as a graduation subjcet.But the questions from chemistry physics and mathematics are asked in biotechnology paper and mathematics in biological sciences paper which are mostly basics from 10+2 level.You can find more details about it on official site of JAM

you must be graduate with at least 65% marks in the bachelor degree of the engineering like electrical, Electronics, computer science, Mechanical engineering etc.

IISC Bangalore is a premiere institute in the science and research field. Most of the courses over here encorage research and are oriented that way. 

One such course offered by IISC is BCA. Considering the reputation of the college, BCA from IISC is a very prestigious course and I recommend you to purusue Masters there itself. The admission process for the same wiill begin in the third week of June after the declaration of the intermediate level results!

for JEE ADVANCED lets not go with the cutoffs of the ranks . i will give you the percentages that you need to get to be in a safe zone :

50% of total -definitely a seat in IIT but not preffered group

>60% of total you will be in a position such that you can select the college and branch .
