The colleges that you have mentioned are the top colleges, top branch that one can get via JEE scores and ranks through JOSAA counselling. The below mentioned cutoffs are for JEE ranks for CS branch in General Category:

• IIT Bombay - 66
• IIT Delhi - 105
• IIT Madras

Although you may have to slightly compromise on the branch, I believe Chemical at IIT Bombay is a better Option compared to Instrumentation at IIT KGP.
