Yes, definitely you can crack IITB CSE with 2 years of consistent hard work, however these JEE Advanced Toppers start building on their dreams from Class 9. Join IQ or IIT Foundation Courses whether online or offline as well as Solve Mathematics at a Higher Level besides Contesting various Olympiads and Examinations like NTSE.
Back in 10th, I had a very close friend who went to Kota after Matriculation. He joined one of the best coaching institutions there and ended up with AIR 39 in JEE Advanced 2018, besides securing CSE at IITB. He had started Online IIT Foundation courses of Mathematics and Olympiad Preparation, since Class 9-10, besides performing strongly in Board Exams and later worked off the last 2 years of Preparation.
Mathematics is perhaps the only subject till Std 10, which can be a real test of IQ and you should atleast start with IIT Foundation Books for Class 9/10 as they really help you increase your thinking ability, IQ and speed as basic foundations for Core IIT JEE Preparation from Class 11.

Dear aspirant,
To be honest I don't think St.xavier stand any chances to be compared with iit Bombay even if i consider the programme which is msc physics because iit Bombay is the most premier institute in india. Its placements is far more better than st. Xavier's Bombay. In case of infrastructure st. Xavier's is a better one with good structured buildings. Iit Bombay too has good infrastructure but not better than st.xaviers.
IIT Bombay offers a beautiful and expansive 545-acre campus that blends modern infrastructure with natural beauty. The institute is equipped with state-of-the-art labs, spacious lecture halls, and advanced research centres that create an ideal learning atmosphere. Students enjoy excellent facilities, including a well-stocked library, comfortable hostels, sports and gym amenities, and multiple dining options. Surrounded by greenery, hills, and the scenic Powai Lake, the campus provides a peaceful environment for both study and recreation. Overall, IIT Bombay ensures a perfect balance between academic excellence and campus comfort.
The campus at IIT Bombay is huge and got modern labs and classrooms. Libraries are full of books and online stuff, high speed internet everywhere. Labs have good equipments for research in computer science. Its nice but sometimes crowded. Hostel rooms are okay, not fancy but clean. Overall, infrastructure help a lot in PhD work.
IIT Bombay offers a spacious campus with modern classrooms and advanced labs and the libraries were equipped however the workload can be intense and the campus can feel crowded during peak hours overall it supports academic excellence with a few challenges
