IIT Bombay has decided to introduce the quota for EWS in  general category in two phases. They are planning to provide 10% quota to EWS whereas SP jain and NITIE offers reservations which are provided by the government.

There is no such concession given in fees for EWS people

In order to get admission in any of NIT or IIT through the category will take more verification time . In your case the admission committee check's the validity of the every certificate that has been submitted .so you need to be careful while going through the admission process .

Hello student iit  Bombay cut off for electrical branch in 2019 was 340 for st/sc category student you need to score more than that to secure a seat in iit Bombay as we all know that seats are very limited and admission is directly based on merit rank.

Dear aspirant, I think you have some confusion over the name. IIT MUMBAI and Mumbai University both are different.

For MUMBAI UNIVERSITY , admission for B.Tech course is on the basis of MH-CET exam.

For IIT MUMBAI , admission is on the basis of score obtained in JEE ADVANCED exam.

As far as I know along with clearing the overall cutoff you should also have to clear the sectional cutoff of every as well. Sectional cut off evey section is lower than the overall cutoff but it has to cleared if you want to get admission in SJMSOM,

The eligiblity to give

The eligibility criteria for RV college Bangalore is
1. The candidate must have secured 50%  in class 12 for general categories.
2.the candidate must have secured 45%in class 12 for SC/ST categories.
Getting into RV college can be made by appearing in COMEDK,KCET exams.
