See both are completely different. You should be choosing on the basis of your interest. If you are interested in flying and all aero space related things then aeronautical engineering is best for you.

It is very difficult for sure. 

First of all it is very difficult to crack JEE Main, and then JEE Advanced And IIT Bombay being one of the finest IITs you need to rank and rank very high to get CSE. As CSE is difficult to get in
