Yes according to your rank you can apply in ICT Mumbai in almost every branch of bachelor degree.With the percentile your chances are high since most of the course intakes students above 90%.You may get Dyestuff and Intermediates Technology and Fibres and Textiles Processing Technology in second to third rounds since the cutoff for this branch is bit high.Any other branches has quite high chance of intaking you in first rounds.

Since you are from other state so you are only eligible for general seat in mht cet. According to previous years cut offs you have no chance of getting ICT as well as any other government college. As per your mht cet score you can only get seat in a private college and some of the best colleges according to your score for chemical branch are as follows:

1. MIT Academy of Engineering

2. Lokmanya Tilak Jankalyan Shikshan Sansthan's Priyadarshini Institute of Engineering and Management.

3. Sinhgad College of Engineering.
