At first congratulations for your result and wishes for your future. Juding by previous year's marks vs rank trends I can predict your score is about 75-80 .I am afraid to inform you that judging from cut offs of previous years your chances of getting NITs and IITs
Both colleges are best according to their respective. You can go to anyone you will learn same about ECE . But as you know NITs are ia government funded colleges and consider next after IITs but in NIT Arunachal Pradesh you might face sometime language barrier and placement and staffs

The infrastructure is just awesome with all the requirements. In the central library, all study materials are available for all semesters, and all books are available. Classrooms and labs are equipped with smart boards, and unlimited Wi-Fi facilities are available throughout the campus. There are many grounds for sports like cricket, football, volleyball, and basketball. The quality of the food in the mess is good and hygienic.

college have all necessary infrastructure ,facilities and equipments. our college is located in bangalore so it got good exposure.all the college classrooms have smart boards and white boards installed in it.
