It is very difficult to get IIIT's in this rank. But you get many other private as well as govt.colleges in this rank . Because the admission in IIIT's is based on the cut off and cut off changes every year. You give the JEE main exam

The cutoff changes every year, but considering last years cutoff there are really less chances of getting a seat in NITs, IIITs, GFTIs.

You'll not even get any government college with your rank.

Pune institute of computer technology
IIIT Pune
Vishkarma government engineering college

According to your rank and category you can get some Nit's and IIIT's but in nit's you would have to compromise with the branch which you would be getting . You would have to take up core branches , and in iiit's you would get some iiit's

As per your JEE main rank and considering you're SC category you still won't be able to grab a seat in IITs but you should still try for state level counseling like Maharastra, MP, Odisha etc. You also might just get admission in your home state NIT and also
