According to the category rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the NITs or IIITs as per previous year's cut-offs but I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission

The rank you have mentioned to high to come in range of IIIT campus cutoff for any branch until and unless you have any reservation category. if your rank is below 7k then there is high possibility to get IIIT campus.
