see it is quite difficult to predict the cutoff score for any particular college right now , there is different factors which effects on the cutoff score like number of candidates, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, students category, choice of stream etc. since jee main april session exam results

Minimum Marks to be scored to get NIT or IIIT depends upon the cutoff and your category. Since you have not mentioned about your category, so assuming you to be general category student, you must need to score 120 and above.

There is a lot of difference between IIITs and NITs. NITs are the institues of national importance whereas IIITs comes under state governents. NITs are far better than IIITs. However some IIITs such as IIIT Allahabad and IIIT Guwahati are considered to be better than the other lower NITs.
