sorry to say  you but you cannot join any IIT or IIIT colleges after 10th. To take admission in those college you should have pass JEE main and then the advance. And for those exam the minimum eligibility criteria is you should have pass your 10 + 2

Considering the rank formula, your rank will be around 75 thousand to 78 thousand.

So, if you consider previous year cutoffs then you can get these colleges:

see the admission for integrated btech + m.tech course will depends on solely jee main score. however cutoff score changes every year and it depends on certain factors like number of participants, seat matrix etc. the last year closing rank was as follows,

Since you got 87% your rank would be around 1,00,000. So there is no chance of getting a seat in IIIT's as you need to minimum have 98% inorder to get a seat in IIIT. So you can check for other colleges which give admission based on your percentage.

In India BTech has 8 semesters. So completing BTech from IIT, NIT, IIIT or any other Engineering College will require 8 semesters. And the course will complete in 4 years. 2 semesters per year are assigned.
