You haven't mentioned your Home State and the Category you belong to. This is important because Cut offs are different for Home State Candidates and Other State Candidates. It's difficult to tell you the exact about the admission possibilities. But as per the previous year cutoff the chances are less to get a seat in IIIT Bhubneshwar or any other IIITs, NITs as General category for B.tech programme.
