See the marks u have scored is pretty good for u to bag a seat in top notch NITs but might not be sufficient for ur u to get admissioned in IITs for pursuing ur higher studies in the field of ur interest. U can also apply for

you have not mentioned which subjects u re opted for mtech, see there re different cutoff for different papers. if u clarify your doubts i can help you.

Hello dear, 

As you have scored 459 marks in gate 2019 in computer science engineering, there is very less chance that you can get seat in IIIT ALLAHABAD and IIIT BANGALORE as the gate cutoff for both the colleges for obc category is above 600 marks.

See the score u have scored is just on the verge of the cut off score for the selection in the field of ur interest in IIIT BANGALORE. U might get seat in the college in the third round but that too can't be said on surity.

IIIT Bangalore is not considering GATE 2019 score for admission into MS research program this year.

As per the notification out by IIIT Bangalore,

•  The admissions procedure for the programme shall be based on previous academic record, research statement, prior research experience, recommendation letters, written tests as required

See the marks u ahev scored might give a chance this year to get admissioned in the IIIT BANGALORE but that too can't be said in full surity. U can get good NITs for pursuing ur higher studies in the CSE field.
