The cut off varies as per the IIITs like IIIT hyderbad has the highest cut off among all the IIITs and it would be around 200-300 for the cse branch and 500 for ece branch.

Iiit bhopal,iiit bhagalpur are newer iiits and has compartively lower cut offs.

Since you have not mentioned your category so considering it as General or Open category.

As we go through the latest cut-offs of JEE-Main 2021 of JOSAA 6th round then it shows that the closing CRL rank was 8292 for Computer Science and Engineering branch in IIIT Gwalior under All India quota for Open category or General category.

You haven't mentioned about your category, I'm assuming it in general.  So, based upon the previous cutoffs for NITs and IITS, it is better for you to score 89 to 99 percentile. As there is rules of shifting from NIT to IIT scoring good result in entrance examinations like JEE main and JEE advanced then it will also be possible for a student who have completed 3 years in IIIT if he or she is interested of shifting from IIIT to IIT. In that case candidate has to submit a physical fitness certificate the prescribed format duly signed by a registered medical practitioner and he said to submit at the time of admission and shifting of admission from IIIT to IIT
