Since KLE tech is not much reputed college so you will definitely get admission there on the basis of your jee rank just contact there management department .

Considering last year's cut-off of KCET and according to your rank in KCET you cannot get admission in BVB college, Hubli. You'll neither get Computer Science and Engineering not electronic and communication engineering as the closing ranks are 5674 and 7494 respectively.
