No, there is no LPU campus in tirupathi, Andhra Pradesh.There is only one LPU campus in Punjab in Pahgwara city.It offers various undergraduate and postgraduate courses.For any other information you can click the link below

LPU provide scholarship in different categories. This scholarship will be in  scholarship on the basis of qualification previous to Eligibility qualification category.

I don't think lpu provides scholarship on the basis of class 10th because 10th board marks does not hold value more than the 12th marks. On the other hand it provides scholarship on the basis jee mains rank and also the aggregate percentage you have scored in your
