Admission criteria vary from college to college and also according to the course. Admission criteria for Lovely Professional University for admission to degree courses is candidate must have passed class 12th with 60% marks and also LPUNEST test is conducted for admission to the courses.

Dear student,

I would like to sadly inform you that with a 56.40 in class 12th you wont be able to get admission in any course in LPU as it is a very good college and the cut off is quite high.I suggest you to go for entrance exams so as to get a good college.

1. Cognizant : Usually the first company of the season(visits in aug or sept every year)recruited 329 , 610 ,550 candidates from 2014 ,15 ,16 batches respectively out of which 164, 270 , 211 students were from CSE department. Pkg : 3.15 lpa
2. AON Hewitt : Visited twice during nov and then in feb. recruited 24 and then 43 students out of which 8 and 27 students were from CSE. Pkg: 2.8lpa
3. AMDOCS: Continually visiting from 2012 recruited 43 students out of which 29 were from CSE. Pkg : 3.6 lpa
4. Tech Mahindra : Visited for the first time for 2016 CSE batch. Hired 251 students. Pkg : 2.8 lpa
5. LG Soft : Hired 6 students from CSE batch 2015. Pkg : 5.5 lpa
6. Verizon Data Services : Hired 8 students from CSE. Pkg : 5 lpa
7. Josh Technologies: Hired 7 students from CSE. Pkg : 6 lpa.
8. Practo Technologies : Hired 3 CSE students. Pkg : 7.21 lpa
9. Encyclopedia Britanica : Hired 2 students at 2.8 lpa
10. HCL ISD : Hired 48 students out of which 27 were from CSE. Pkg : 2.75 lpa.
11. Tavant Technologies: Hired 12 students out of which 6 were from CSE. Pkg : 4.25lpa.
12. Startupelves : Hired 14 CSE students @3.25 lpa.

so the packages are pretty ecouraging.

JEE minimum marks 60, with 80 or more marks you will be provided with scholarship.
OR
Pass with 70% aggregate marks in 10+2 or equivalent (with Physics, Mathematics and English)*#.

Pass with 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 or equivalent (with Physics, Mathematics and English)

according to the sources, the average pack of IPU college is between 4 to 5 lac per anum.

the package depends upon your performance and skills.

Till now the official qualifying cut-offs have not been released and the qualifying cut-off percentiles are released along with final result of JEE-Main 2022 which will be released after both the sessions i.e. most probably in August '22.

But o n such percentile, being an OBC candidate you have very good chances to qualify for JEE-Advance 2022 but still the cutoffs for this year have not released yet officially.

As the cut-offs are released along with the JEE-Main 2022 result so for now you can get an idea from JEE-Main 2021 qualifying cut-offs that are enlisted below :-
