Hello student. Siksha O anusandhan is a really good university for any department. when it comes to cse, it has a good set of opportunities and placements. When compared to LPU, it is really a good university. But the fee structure in sikshs o anusandhan college is a bit high. if you can afford, go for it.
See for LPU there are a 24*7 availability which is a good feature i.e., if you can't attend live you can see it laterwards. But in most cases for online degree courses the timings clashes with offline degrees. So it would be better to contact the helpdesk at first and get it discussed. See if there is no attendance related problem then you can go for it. But if there are minimal attendance required i.e., minimal attendance in online classes then you have to think if you can balance it with your offline degree. SO to know this details, you need to contact the LPU helpdesk.
As per the official website the contact details are stated below:

Hello Aspirant,
I hope that you are doing well.
While a full-time student, there are numerous methods to supplement your income. Many of my Lovely Professional University classmates are doing the same thing.
Working part-time while studying can be a great experience and a great way to earn some extra cash that can be put to good use. With the extra cash, one can learn a lot about company, organisation, or life by gaining new experiences and learning various things. For some, this is the most effective way of putting that extra time to good use.
On the whole, their reaction to what they've learnt has been quite favourable, and the nominal wage is just the icing on the cake.
You can work in a variety of fields, including:
Part-time work at university departments such as admissions, library, file departments, and so on will pay you INR 50–55 per hour with no upper limit, and working as an educational advisor during summer vacations would pay you INR 8000–12000.
Another example is restaurants such as Domino's and food hubs, which pay them 4000–5000 dollars for every 3–4 hours they work per day.
Students majoring in B.tech, CSE, or IT can pursue careers in website design and data management. There are a variety of internet resources for finding skills like this one, as well as seeking for them in person.
Freelancing has become a vast open market for anyone, from YouTube vloggers to bloggers, photographers, videographers, editors, and others, and it pays well. For a fee, many students shoot, create, and edit films, booklets, pictures, and other materials.
Many students also act as a middleman for used products. With around 30000 students, the university is India's largest university. There is a large market for second-hand goods, and some students make good money simply by acting as a middleman.
For the hard workers, selling pirated games, movies, songs, and even class papers and presentations has been a lucrative source of income. They listed students who would produce a report and ppts for you for 300-500 rupees.
Students from all over the world, including India, attend the university. When they visit their hometown, students sell artefacts from their hometown for a fee. Students in Kashmir, for example, offer Kashmir electric blankets, shawls, and nuts, while students in South India exchange spicy pickles for a fee.
These are some examples of part-time employment that students can do while continuing their studies. And I believe there is something there for you as well.
I hope you found this information useful.
Good luck with your studies.
The hustle and bustle for placement at LPU begins in sixth semester for four year programs and in the fifth semester for three year programs.
One has to enrol for the placement classes if one wants to avail campus recruitment drives. For each discipline there is a definitive allocation of seats. For example CSE students are categorised for product-based companies (120 seats at least) and service-based companies.
The students who opt for placement drives have to pay placement fees.. This includes fees for PEP classes and interview preparation classes like Aptitude, analytical skills, verbal ability, Soft skills enhancement and Interviews, coding and other core subjects classes.
The students then appear for placement interviews in front of companies. Companies start coming in as soon as from the sixth semester and by the end of the seventh semester most of the big companies are through with their interviews.
The companies have specifications such as maintaining CGPA. Some companies want only those students who have 7 CGPA while some want 6 CGPA. There still are some for whom CGPA is not very important at all.
