Both the college are very good. You should go to one where you are getting more scholarship. If you are getting Chandigarh campus then choose Chandigarh university over lpu other wise go for lpu.

Since both have good placement but cu has an better edge than lpu for

LPU has begun the offline mode classes , it has started in stages, student from out of punjab who are allotted hostel are having offline classes, who are fully vaccinated can go to offline classes.

Firstly both the college are good.

But lpu has following benefits

• Better labs
• More exposure
• Better campus if you get the main campus
• Better faculty team
• Better companies at the main campus.
• Hygienic hostels.

At LPU teachers are nice and they have labs for respective branches so saying about which branch is better at LPU despite of both are core branches both the branches students get average placements around 5-6 LPA and highest placements around 25-30LPA according to official website and if you want

And for LPU is 66.

There is not much difference in rank but otherwise Chandigarh university is way better in all aspects like campus, infrastructure, facilities, laboratories etc

Mechanical engineering department and faculty is known  to be very good in Chandigarh university. Campus, infrastructure, placement is also comparatively better.
