However don't lose hope on the basis of your 12 th board marks you can get admission in VIT Vellore. Also you can apply for other entrance examinations of private universities.

I hope I have answered your question. Feel free to ask your doubts.

88 percentile means your expected rank would be around 1,04,281. Now if the number of candidates in September session increases, your expected rank would also increase. But this would be your rank in common rank list. We don't have category rank right now as the second session has not yet conducted. Now VNIT Nagpur is your home state quota. And with this rank, it would be difficult to get CSE or Mechanical. You can expect Mining engineering or Metallurgical. This is according to last few years' data, this year the cutoffs might change. http://engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-main-cutoff-for-vnit-nagpur

Greeting Aspirant,

Please Mention The Course so i can give you the Accurate Cutoff.

The cutoff Score for NIT Nagpur is:

1. General: 620

2. OBC: 553

3. SC: 370

4. ST: 356

5. EWS: 541

6. PWD: 620

Hope My Answer Helped You.

Best Of Luck For Your Future.

Hello,
With this percentile in JEE mains, your open category rank would be more than 200000. With this rank, even with your PWD category, you have no chances of getting a seat in the NITs mentioned by you. But you might get some lower branches in the some of the colleges such as NIT Mizoram, NIT Arunachal Pradesh, NIT Srinagar. You can check out the previous year cutoffs for various branches at various NITs here https://www.google.com/amp/s/engineering.careers360.com/articles/nits-cutoff-for-top-btech-branches/amp

Also you can go for some top private engineering colleges in India which accept JEE mains score. They also conduct their own entrance exams which are very easy.

Hope it helps

98.5 percentile means your expected rank would be around 13,035. This would be your rank in Common Rank list. Now if the no. Of candidates in Jee Main second phase increases, your rank would also increase. You can use our college predictor tool to know where you have good chances http://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-college-predictor We don't have category rank as the second phase has not yet conducted. Now going by previous year' cutoff, you have fair chances of getting mining engineering in VNIT Nagpur. This is according to last year's cutoff and this year it might change. You can check the cutoffs here http://engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-main-cutoff-for-vnit-nagpur
