Hello Dnyaneshwar, You can get all the branches in VNIT Nagpur except the CSE branch. The cutoff for CSE branch in 2018 was 7288. I don't think you would get a seat there but you can get all the other branches like Chemical, Civil, ECE, Mechanical and others which had

For clearing JEE Mains 2019 cut off percentile for SC is 54.01 and your percentile is much better then this. So, you can easily get admission in VNIT, Nagpur. But there is one more criteria which you have to clear that is 65% in respective 12th board exam.

Sorry to say that your score is too low. By these marks your chances of getting any government college are negligible. In order to get any Nit or IIIT's you Need 75 % in intermediate.

So I suggest you to appear for improvement in intermediate and try next

Vnit, Nagpur is a good educational institution. MME is a very good branch, mostly in 2013 gate toppers are from MME branch. The faculties are good , they encourage for higher studies. 

In MME branch, the placement is about 70%, mostly the students are placed in core companies.
