In 2018 ,VNIt Nagpur cut off is 

Chemical engineering for home state is 10178

And outer state is 8451.(closing rank) 

Civil engineering for home  state is 10853 and outer state is 6197 (closing ranks) 

Mettalurgical engineering for home state 15769 and outer state is 13730 (closing ranks)

As per last year cut off you have not get admission in VNIT,Nagpur or any NITS.

I am sorry to say  you are not going to take admission in VNIT Nagpur with 81.87%ile.According to last year cutoff trends minimum crl rank take admission from obc category goes to 72000 in special round 2.

Congratulation to you for securing such a good rank in jee main. You will get a seat in NIT Rourkela for Chemical engineering, IIST Sibpur for information technology, NIT Jamshedpur for EEE, NIT Kurukshetra for mechanical engineering.,..etc.

It would be difficult to tell you about the admission possibilities as NTA has provided EWS category reservation first time in JEE Main Entrance Exam But with this EWS category rank the chances seems less to get a seat in NITs.
