Al azhar college of engineering and polytechnic is loacted in idukki district. As it is located in spices land of india the most attraction was the nature and geographic structure of the college. There were 6 department of enigeering and i opt for mechanical engineering.

All new infrastructure was available at my college such as CNC machine, centre lathe machine, milling machine, shaper etc. Faculties were also very experienced. The machine designing department was very good they actually molud us as an enigeers.

Placement was very less compared to othet department. No even a single student from my class got placed. No mechanical related company approached us is was very disappointing experience. Except the computer department all other department was faceing the same situation.

Less fees and scholarship was also available at this college

I was haveing a wounderfull experience at this college. The teacher were dealing with students as there friends. Sports anda extra activities were encouraged by them.
