see rank and cutoff score is depends on the question paper difficulty and number of candidates appearing for the exam. however if the question will be on same level then you can expect the rank with in 1000-1100 in gate exam. however there is no surety. you need to

Which postal course is best for Gate + PSUs for Civil Engineering, made easy or ace?

I would prefer you to make your own notes and refer online for preparing. It will take efforts but it very beneficial. Refer to online study programs and different sites for better knowledge of the topics.

According to me, from above mentioned courses Ace is a better course.

College do have all the necessary infrastructure and facilities and equipment. Classroom consists of all the required facility. Library consists of all the required books. Laboratories are well equipped.
