 you need to appear in common entrance test orgaanised by your state for lateral entry.Students who have completed their diploma  they can take admission in 2nd year b.tech/b.e.they are known as lateral  entry students.Each and every state organises exam for them so that they can join degree courses.you need to find out which exam is conducted by your state for lateral entry and then appear for the exam ,sit for counselling and based on your score you will get college.

Andhra University College of Engineering, Visakhapatnam doesn't offer Agriculture Engineering. If I talk about the Engineering branches in this university. Then, it offers B.tech in more than 15+ Branches(B.Tech Chemical Engineering,Computer Science and Engineering,Chemical Engineering with Specialization in Biotechnology) to name a few except Agriculture Engineering.
